Primary structural mock-up
Temporary habitation modules and gantry structures established the initial separation between the command sled and propulsion assemblies.
Propulsion architecture established
Oversized engine assemblies were developed as independent modules intended to pull the mission sled through extended survey operations.
Twin engine pods completed
Both matched propulsion pods reached their first complete structural configuration, establishing the vessel's defining silhouette.
Command framework assembled
The forward expedition module entered internal fit-out with engineering access exposed and temporary structures still in service.
Panoramic bridge installed
The observation-focused bridge established the vessel's navigational center and reinforced its role as an exploration platform.
Forward interior systems
Accessible conduits, service runs, and compartment transitions were retained as part of the vessel's field-maintenance philosophy.
Energy tether network completed
Primary energy tethers linked the mission sled to the independent propulsion pods, unifying the vessel's flight architecture.
Temporary gantry removed
The finalized operational configuration emerged following removal of temporary construction members. Remaining work was limited to paint, calibration, and mission outfitting.
